Red roasted peppers, pesto, goat cheese, interesting fruity vinegars, garden fresh herbs and a variety of ethnic foods are used often in hors d’oeuvre and entrée preparation; fresh sweet butter, farm fresh eggs and real vanilla in mouth watering pastries. Offerings never look as if they came off of an assembly line, because they do not. They are all made the old fashioned way – by hand.
